A custom hat will be true to you. It will be the material, color, shape, and size for you an only you.
Being a custom hat maker, we can provide any style you want. You can look at our gallery for inspiration, and we can talk to you or meet with you to get an understanding of exactly what is wanted, so you get the perfect item.
Colors depend on the specific materials from the supplier, and their availability. Contact us for a specific type of color you might want, and we can give you lead times or if it is available and in stock.
Being a fully custom hat maker, we can provide many types of add-ons. From pencil brims, color-matching felt or beaded hat bands, to special order or engraved leather sweatbands, let us know how we can truly make your hat one of a kind.
Depending on options and supplier stock, a full custom hat can take between 4-8 weeks. We can provide a better timeline once the materials, colors, and any add-ons are picked out.
We can measure in person for you if you want to contact and set up an appointment. If not, there are a couple of ways. You can use a flexible tape measure and wrap it around your head where you want to have the hat sit. Get an accurate reading and let us know. If you feel uncomfortable doing that, some stores, such as Cavenders and Boot Barn can help you accurately size your head so you know what size hat you need.
We work specifically with felt. Straw hats can be brittle and need specialized repair.
This depends on what your hat needs, or what you want. As simple as a bath to take out the dirt and grime, to replacing liners, sweat bands, and reshaping. A hat in very rough condition can look almost new with enough work, and can still last a lifetime.
Generally, a return for a custom hat is more difficult. That being said, we value you, and want you to have the best product for yourself. If the custom hat is a product that could be wanted by others, and we believe we can sell that hat as is, we will work with you to make sure you are happy.
